Meeting Agendas and Minutes
CPRIT’s governing body, the Oversight Committee, meets at least once every quarter. All Oversight Committee meetings are open to the public. The Oversight Committee’s next meeting is scheduled for January 18, 2011.
Oversight Committee meeting agendas are available at least one week prior to the open meeting. The official minutes of each meeting are formally adopted by the Oversight Committee at its next meeting.

The Texas Cancer Council (TCC) became the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) through legislation passed in November 2007. The archived agendas are for meetings of the TCC board through January 14, 2008 and CPRIT meetings beginning in 2008.
Minutes
The official minutes of each CPRIT Oversight Committee meeting are formally adopted by the Oversight Committee at its next meeting. Final minutes for all open meetings are available once they are approved by the Oversight Committee.
