Board (Oversight Committee)

The Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas board (oversight committee) is the governing body of the Institute. The governing body is composed of three members appointed by the governor, three members appointed by the lieutenant governor, three members appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives, the comptroller or the comptroller's designee; and the attorney general or the attorney general's designee.
