Application Guidelines
Selection Criteria The Foundation's priority areas: physical disabilities, the elderly, women, and minorities. Foundation will not fund disease-specific organizations; must present proposal in a more global context.

Application Procedure Application forms are not used. Instead, applicants are asked to write a 1-2 page pre-proposal letter that describes the problem and proposed solution. This letter should briefly explain the project objectives, operational procedures, time schedules, and personnel and financial resources available and needed. No plastic-bound or expensively produced pre-proposal letter or proposal should be used. No videos or photo albums. No personal visits. An online application is available to submit the short pre-proposal letter. Applicant can expect to receive acknowledgment of the electronic submission by traditional mail within two to three weeks.

If the project falls within the program interests and guidelines, applicant will be asked to develop a more detailed proposal.
