The Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas presented its 1st ever Champion Award for Outstanding Leadership to the State of Texas in the Fight against Cancer to outgoing Oversight Committee Member, Dee J. Kelly. Mr. Kelly served as the Oversight Committee Secretary during the past year and spent countless hours working on Committee activities.
